I could see this … I could see this working well for the swelling and redness because aspirin is an anti-inflammatory medicine(makes swelling go down). Although I’m not sure what the medicinal chemicals would do to your skin. Sounds like it would work, but I wouldn’t try this if your allergic to asprin etc.
